HISTORY
Starting off as a basement real estate company in Boston we quickly grew into a multi office rental company specializing in student housing, With three office on Commonwealth Ave we rented apartments for the largest Boston landlords. With the condo boom investers came to us for the inside track as we knew all the buildings, their rental histery, their curent occupoancy and rental potential We then steped up to selling the buildings

The Apartment Store and my employees travel 22 states serching for tax credit and student properties for several national clients.The Apartment store also bought renovated and sold small income properties in Mass NH and RI including a motel and student boarding house. I also managed $52 Million in construction projects including a $10M 300-unit rolling rehab in Charleston
